2. Eligibility & Conditions
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Products should be in original condition, with packaging and accessories intact.
- Perishable items or custom orders may not be eligible unless faulty.
3. Return Shipping Fees
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), Hoppre covers return shipping costs.
- For returns due to change of mind, incorrect address, or preference, customers are responsible for shipping fees.
