1. Hassle‑Free Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Hoppre offers a 30‑day, no‑fees return and exchange policy. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery without any restocking fees.

2. Eligibility & Conditions

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Products should be in original condition, with packaging and accessories intact.
  • Perishable items or custom orders may not be eligible unless faulty.

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), Hoppre covers return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to change of mind, incorrect address, or preference, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

4. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us within 30 days via:

6. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees used to deliver the item (except those covered by Hoppre) are non‑refundable.

7. Exchanges

For exchanges, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately. We’ll help coordinate any adjustments.

8. Non‑Returnable Items

Items not eligible for returns/replacements include:

  • Plants damaged due to improper care after delivery
  • Custom, personalized, or final-sale items

9. Late or Missing Refunds
